We are looking to hire a Quality Associate to join our Quality Assurance team. This position is responsible for quality assurance activities under the direction of the Supervisor, Quality Assurance. As the Quality Associate you will receive and perform Batch Record Review, Receiving, QA review and approval of investigations, as well as assisting in the development and preparation of such documents and records. Quality Associate - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

As a Quality Associate (Quality Assurance), you will function as part of a team. The team is responsible for coordinating and executing, in a timely fashion, all activities necessary to maintain compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 and the integrity of the Quality Management System.

Specific duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing tasks within the Quality Assurance Department, as trained

  • Releasing raw materials according to the approved specifications

  • Reviewing Batch Records to ensure compliance prior to product release

  • QA Review and approval of investigations

  • Effectively following policies, procedures and quality management systems

  • Interacting with personnel in all departments

  • Assisting the Quality Assurance Supervisor and actively participating in department activities and projects

Quality Associate - Quality Assurance

Qualifications

To be successful in this Quality Associate (Quality Assurance) role, you must have exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading tasks. An ideal candidate for this role can receive direction well and work independently.

Additional requirements of this role include:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to proofread controlled documents with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
