We are seeking a driven and experienced Transfusion Global Marketing Product Manager to manage on life-cycle management for on market systems, ownership of the marketing portion of the Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP) for productis within the Transfusion portfolio, managing marketing post market survillance for Transfusion products, and coordinate and align global customer inputs and product specifications. Transfusion Global Marketing Product Manager, (Marketing /Product Management / Healthcare / Business Development)

Responsibilities

The Global Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for life-cycle management for on market systems, ownership of the marketing portion of the Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP) for products within the Transfusion portfolio, managing marketing post market surveillance for Transfusion products, and coordinate and align global customer inputs and product specifications.

Specific responsibilities for this marketing position include:

  • Participates in the Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP) for transfusion products as a critical participant to drive commercial and supply chain to ensure the highest possible efficiency of our operations

  • Facilitates the management of active product lines and efficiently enables support of products and solutions on markets

  • Responsible for coordinating with all company departments to balance the internal requirements of a product or offering to the customer needs while ensuring optimization of profit and revenue for the product and product line

  • Responsible for assessing customer need and making the right trade offs on product solutions worldwide to optimize market share and profit growth

  • Develops and maintains a database for regional sales and marketing organizations with FAQ for tender responses related to our active product lines

  • Provides support to the regional marketing organizations as it pertains to the product line, including but not limited to, communications, anticipating and answering questions, fulfillment of requests, and development of presentations for use worldwide using our corporate branding and labeling guidelines

  • Additional support as needed to Sr. Director, Transfusion Global Marketing for new product launches

  • Work with cross functional team to manage global proficiency surveys

  • Maintains up to date global competitive database and global competitive package for global

  • Maintains annual post market surveillance sub reports for transfusion products

  • Supports the delivery of sales tools to assist regional and country marketing activities including, but not limited to development of sales collateral, field communications, marketing communication

Transfusion Global Marketing Product Manager (Marketing /Product Management / Healthcare / Business Development)

Qualifications

We are looking for a Transfusion Global Marketing, Product Manager who combines outstanding leadership capabilities with solid marketing skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to interface with a variety of departments and customers.

Specific requirements of this product management role include:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • At least two (2) years of Marketing and/or sales experience required; with preference in IVD

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Must exhibit a drive to succeed and be self-motivated

  • Must have a strong track record as a positive contributor to teams that solve business challenges and create business opportunities

  • Ability to work in a team environment across multiple disciplines both internal and external while having the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others.

  • Be able to complete all projects within a specified timeline and within a budget

  • Displays ability to create and write clear business letters, memos, and presentations

  • Must be flexible and available to work irregular hours

  • Some overnight travel may be required, including global travel
