We are looking to hire a Sr. Manager, Quality Operations to support manufacturing related daily operations from raw materials receipt to final product release. Provide quality oversight at the floor shop level through the management of Quality Technicians and Quality Specialists assigned to the different shop-floor areas including incoming inspection and in-process across all manufacturing operations. Sr. Manager, Quality Operations - Daily Operations Support (Operations/Management/Quality Control)
Responsibilities
As the Sr. Manager, Quality Operations, you will be responsible for providing quality oversight of the DHR review and final product release process. Responsible for the administration of the controlled material specification system. and actively participates in the Supplier Program activities.
Your essential duties and responsibilities include:
Ensures resources availability to provide quality oversight at the shop floor level to address quality issues resulting from the incoming, in-process and any other manufacturing related area.
Manages the implementation and improvement of the device history record (DHR) review process including:
scheduling of DHR reviews, ensuring that strict attention to detail is maintained by the DHR reviewers,
authorizing release of product for distribution,
and maintaining, trending and acting on applicable DHR metrics ( workload, human errors, etc).
Manages along with the other Sr Quality Operations managers the corrective/preventive action (CAPA) system.
Ensures that investigations are timely and robust and that their associated corrective/preventive actions are effective.
Identifies and eliminates the causes of current or potential nonconformities in products, processes, or the quality system as measure through CAPA system metrics.
Makes quality decisions at the shop floor including but not limited to determination of a quality deviation, product hold, stopping operations, etc. based on the specific circumstances that could affect product quality.

Qualifications
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, which owns and drives changes to the Controlled Material Specifications Program. Ensures that adequate controls are in place and documented for incoming receipts of critical (to quality and to business) raw materials and components. Partners with Manufacturing Technology Support (MTS) for the implementation and maintenance of a program that identifies and eliminates current or potential nonconformities in critical incoming raw materials and components.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
Master's degree (MA) or equivalent with four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ASQ certifications (CQA/CQE) desired
Minimum 4 years related experience in a similar position required
Intermediate MS Office computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong consultative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Facilitation and Leadership skills.
