We are seeking a Production Support Technician I to provide day-to-day operations support for all manufacturing areas. Production Support Technician (Manufacturing Production)
Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities include:
Perform washroom activities, staging and set up bottles for production use and maintain inventory
Assemble bottle preparation, manifold assembly and other components for manufacturing use
Responsible for training on all procedures assigned, and has the ability to be cross trained to assist in other production areas or departments as needed
Create legible and accurate written records
Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions, equipment logs, and manufacturing records, etc.
Follow GMP documents, SOPs, Manufacturing Records with strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations
Follows OSHA safety regulations for blood borne pathogens
Performs the dilution of antibodies, pre-filtration and post-filtration samples for culturing, and unit weight determination
Prepares chemical solutions including, weighing chemicals (both liquid & dry) and mixing components according to the SOP
Performs set up and filtration of products
Performs the transfer of diluent into various sized bag and bottles

Qualifications
The Production Support Technician I position requires an individual with a hard work ethic and experience in an FDA regulated environment. Additional qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic to intermediate math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs and calculate standard laboratory formulas
Basic knowledge of MS Office and software systems used in product support
Has the ability to work irregular hours and days as necessary to meet production schedules
Ability to stand over intervals of several hours at a time
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact cooperatively with coworkers and receive direction well from supervisors
