We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Engineer. In this role, you willdesign, develop and implement manufacturing processes used to bulk and package liquid reagents as well as characterize the automated manufacturing equipment processes. Process Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering)
Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities of the Process Engineer include:
Conducting process-related risk assessments
Creating requirements and specifications for the design and development of manufacturing processes
Participating in the scale up from R&D to manufacturing
Participating in the IQ/OQ and PQ of newly designed or modified manufacturing processes
Participating and in some cases leading the Design Transfer phase of the PDP
Providing technical leadership in support of Manufacturing Engineering and MTS in the evaluation of deviations, change requests and customer complaints

Qualifications
As a Process Engineer, you must have the necessary competencies required for this position. These include experience in the manufacturing of liquid reagents and associated products and familiarity with design controls as defined by the FDA.
Other requirements for the Process Engineer role include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; Master’s Degree, preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of related experience, required
Familiar with Process FMEA process and other risk assessment methods, preferred
Six Sigma certification, preferred
