Customer Service Representative – Order Management Representative
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to provide professional account order management that consistently exceeds our standards of excellence and customer service expectations. As a Customer Service Representative you are directly responsible for maintaining and improving order management. You will interact directly with existing clientele to provide information about our products and order maintenance.
Other responsibilities of this role include:
Answering inbound calls from customers
Entering orders and order maintenance
Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions
Recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken
Checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems
Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments
Contacting customers to respond to inquiries

Qualifications
As a Customer Service Representative (Order Management Representative) you must be positive, upbeat and have exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates have experience with handling 50-70% inbound customer service calls. You must be able to multi-task, handling calls professionally and working independently as well as part of a team.
Other requirements of the Representative role include:
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's Degree or higher, preferred
2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Rep or in Account Order Management
Minimum of a WorkKeys Silver Level ACT National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
Typing and computer skills
Shifts are 8:30am-5pm
