We are currently seeking an Installation Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the installation of instruments for instrument sales, demos, evaluations and customer training. Dispatcher - Instrument Scheduling Coordinator - Medical Sales Scheduler

Responsibilities

The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all required records associated with communications regarding the receipt of instruments.

Other responsibilities of the Installation Coordinator include:

  • Coordinate orders for all reagents and non-service related items scheduled to ship to account at appropriate times relative to installation, validation and standing orders

  • Coordinate transportation and installation of equipment

  • Communicate with field personnel to ensure smooth transition from service installation to application installation

  • Coordinate validation and configuration of reagent orders with Order Management team

  • Maintain accurate records of duties performed using appropriate documentation

  • Assist with special projects as needed

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Create legible written records according to procedure and department defined protocols

  • Follow up with internal and external customers

  • Understands and follows standards for FAR, DFAR, SOX, FDA CFR, ISO

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or one year certificate from a college or technical school

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in a Customer Service or Coordinating support environment

  • Experience interpreting documents, safety rules, procedure manuals and creating routine reports and correspondence

  • Intermediate math skills, ability to compute rate, ratio and percent

  • Excellent Documentation, Multi-Tasking and Organizational skills

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

  • Must be Customer Centric, upbeat and energetic

  • Experience with handling high volume traffic of internal/external customer requests

  • Proficient in Outlook, Windows and Microsoft Office files
