Associate Product Manager – Worldwide Product Marketing Assistant (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

As an Associate Product Manager, you will facilitate product positioning of the active product lines for immediate and long term success in order to achieve annual and/or quarterly placement and quality objectives. You will also provide support to the regional marketing organizations as it pertains to the product line, including communications, anticipating and answering questions, fulfillment of requests, and development of presentations for use worldwide using our corporate branding and labeling guidelines.

Additional responsibilities for this marketing position include:

  • Effectively positioning active product line and performance to financial results throughout its life cycle

  • Effectively manage the SIOP process for systems and key strategic parts

  • Managing voice of customer for active product lines and making the right tradeoffs to optimize market share and profit growth

  • Supporting the delivery of materials to assist regional and country marketing activities including, but not limited to, advertising, development and production of brochures and sales collateral, product launch activities, case studies, field communications, marketing communications, promotional collateral and additional sales tools as needed

  • Managing interface with all company departments to ensure customer needs and requirements are communicated and represented

  • Additional support as needed to Sr. Worldwide Marketing Manager, Systems for new product launches

Qualifications

As an Associate Product Manager, you must have strong organizational skills and demonstrate effective communication skills required to interface with functional departments and customers. It is also important that you have the ability to work in a team environment across multiple disciplines both internally and externally, while having the ability to influence and persuade others.

Additional requirements for this marketing role include:

  • Recent Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) Graduate from four-year college or university; MBA Graduate a plus

  • Sales and/or marketing internship preferred

  • 1 - 2 years of corporate/healthcare experience ideal

  • Ability to create and write clear business letters, memos, and presentations

  • Ability to complete all projects within a specified timeline and within a budget in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible and available to work irregular hours

  • Up to 10% overnight travel may be required
